MathFlow 2.0 for Arbortext and XMetaL Available from Design Science

MathFlow, the industry-leading MathML editor for XML workflows, has a new update available for Arbortext and XMetaL. In addition to adding support for the latest versions of the Arbortext and XMetaL XML editors, MathFlow 2.0 also includes enhancements designed to increase productivity.

MathFlow now comes with a new tabbed toolbar that supports drag-and-drop within the editor. Because math is often repetitive, the new toolbar provides a space to save frequently used equations. After customizing the toolbar, users can share it across multiple computers.

MathFlow 2.0 also supports the new linebreaking features in MathML 3. MathML 3’s linebreaking controls were developed based largely on input from current MathFlow users, and Design Science incorporated automation of  the breaking of equations at a given width and to automate alignment of multi-line equations.

The new MathFlow release includes other much-requested features, such as improved support of Plane 1 Unicode and a stretchy geometry arc. MathFlow 2.0 is a free upgrade for customers with current maintenance subscriptions and works with Arbortext 5.4 and 6.0 and XMetaL 6.0 and 7.0.

Current MathFlow users, can contact to  qualify for the upgrade. Visit the Design Science website or read the full press release.
