Lattice Releases XVL Studio 10.1b for Technical Documentation

Lattice Technology® Inc. released version 10.1b of its XVL Studio for digital mock-up, process planning, and the creation of 3D and 2D technical documentation in the manufacturing sector.  Built on  standards-based XVL (eXtensible Virtual world description Language) technology, the latest version of XVL studio includes enhancements to support export to HTML5, as well as new sample tool models for process design and manufacturing documentation, process animation, and export to CAD systems.  Support for illustration functionality now includes improved controls for smooth edged illustrations.

The XVL Studio solution supports browser-based collaboration between engineers, technical communications and other internal departments as well as suppliers and partners.
