With a pretty large storm bearing down on a lot of the United States, we thought some imagery of warm beaches would be welcomed. Unless, of course, you’re already at the beach to which we’ll state: just keep that to yourselves.
Tech Writer This Week is back after a turkey fueled break and intends to impress. We have plenty of articles on Content Management, Customer Experience Management and Technical Communications. Blessedly, the amount of “who are we and what should we be called?” posts have settled down.
Don’t get us wrong, we’re eagerly awaiting the next wave of these posts since they fueled one of the better Twitter exchanges we’ve had in some time. So, you know – bring ’em on.
There will more than enough time for that later, but for now grab your ice pick, your favorite warming beverage and just chill while reading some of the best on the web.
Here are a few of this week’s best:
- The Five Surprising Drivers of Customer Delight
- Applying the minimum viable product theory to technical communication
- A map of the entire Tech Comm World
We don’t want you to be blown away, but those links are just the tip of the iceberg in this edition of Tech Writer This Week
