I love the change of seasons, except maybe for the allergies. It’s invigorating, and that helps, because we’re into the busiest time of the year for TechWhirl and need all the energy we can get. Upcoming conferences, TechWhirl Fast 5 chats, our annual Halloween fiction (or not so fictional) festival, plus the usual assortment of stimulating features and hearty debates. So before we finish packing and head off to Portland, here’s a brief reminder of all the cool stuff on TechWhirl this week.
If you missed this week’s TechWhirl Fast 5:Hitchhikers Guide to XML Authoring, you can catch up with the YouTube recording and live session notes. If you’re looking for answers to some of the more obscure features (?) of Word, time to check out the email discussion list and community forum. We’ve got several threads on Word weirdness plus some other worthwhile conversations to take part in. And the October poll question is now published for your voting and debating pleasure.
Remember, the Adobe 2014 Tech Comm survey is open http://survey.douwriteright.com/. Take a few minutes to answer the questions and influence the direction of the TCS suite.
One final reminder, next Friday (October 17) is the deadline for submissions to the 2014 Tech Comm Halloween Horror Festival.
Have a great weekend!
