Paracas Solutions announced the availability of MeetingKing, a new web-based solution to manage and document in-person and remote meetings. MeetingKing replaces the typical combination of email, word processing and task management tools with a single tool “built around the natural workflow of meetings.” The application captures and archives notes, tasks, and documents and automatically compiles and distributes documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes and task reminders.
According to the company, “MeetingKing eliminates inefficient note taking and the risk of losing critical information or missing deadlines by capturing, distributing and managing meeting information and action items in real-time.” MeetingKing is a subscription-based, full service solution that enables users to communicate, share documentation, and track progress on action items. MeetingKing creates a centralized, searchable database for each meeting and offers the ability to link meetings. It can create meetings from Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar or iCal.
MeetingKing uses dashboard functionality to track progress on preparing for and following up on meetings. It automates publication and distribution of meeting documentation (agendas, minutes, and action items), and can add action items to new agendas automatically. Organizers can provide private and team note-taking and can use tags to combine information from different meetings.
Paracas offers MeetingKing for free to attendees of any meeting. The service is also free to create private one-on-one meetings and to organize public meetings (towns, clubs, etc). Four Pro Account price packages are available to accommodate multiple users/organizers and larger private meetings. The company offers a 30-day trial, and an introductory rate of $9.95 per month.
